IT Support Remote and On Site
We at Maidstone Web Services are not an IT Support Company but we are willing and able to support multiple business hardware and networks with over 18 years of experience in the Windows and PC/Server IT Support Sector. We offer both On site and Remote Support using Team viewer. In an always-on digital world, you need devices that just get on with it. You need to feel safe in the knowledge that everything from your end user devices to your servers are up to the tasks at hand, and if something does go wrong, it can be rectified quickly.
All support packages are suited to your business needs, by reviewing your business we will create a service level agreement that fits. But, if extra IT support is needed our service level agreement is flexible enough for you to add extra services to cover holidays, absences, specialist tasks or incidents.
Most of our support services are resolved over the phone or via a remote session with the client. Our trained and dedicated support team have the know-how to resolve your IT issues and get you up and running as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, we can also go onsite and fix the issue there.
